The IDC MarketScape report identified the following strengths of LG CNS:
The report noted, “Consider LG CNS when you are an enterprise looking to move beyond traditional DWS toward agentic work execution and need an AI-native workplace transformation partner to support that shift, particularly in complex, highly regulated, and security-sensitive environments where capability beyond point AI tools is required.”
LG CNS’s delivery capabilities were also validated through customer references. Customers participating in the evaluation praised its end-to-end capabilities spanning consulting, implementation, and operations; deep understanding of customer business environments and industries; flexibility and responsiveness; customer-centric collaboration; and the strength of its agentic AI capabilities and personnel.
