Main Functions of the Committee

To ensure efficient decision-making and strengthen expertise within the Board of Directors, the Company has established four committees under the Board: the Audit Committee, the Internal Transactions Committee, the Independent Director Nomination Committee, and the ESG Committee. Each committee is chaired by an Independent Director, with a majority of members also consisting of Independent Directors. This governance structure enhances transparency and soundness in corporate management and reinforces the Board’s oversight and checks on the Company’s key matters.
